Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar

Optional: 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill or parsley

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and powdered sugar.

    Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and add to the marinade. Mix well.

      Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).

        Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

          Grill chicken nuggets for 3–4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

            Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

              Notes

              • For air fryer: Preheat to 400°F and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
              • Serve with honey mustard, ranch, or sweet potato fries.
              • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
              • Use organic chicken and skip the sugar for an even healthier version.
